Both have quadcopters, both can do FPV practice. Realflight 7.5 is also very good but worth getting above Phoenix only if you are in to the more niche areas of the hobby, Glider Towing and Slope Soaring, while Phoenix does Slope Soaring, Realflight's is better at it.

I personally think Phoenix is great, especially as you are starting out, fairly priced also with life time upgrades. You will get many opinons of what is the 'best', that debate has been going on for a long time.
